My First Two Student Games

I’ve finished my first two videogames for my masters program at NYU, and you can play them both in your web browser using the links below.

The first one is called Caterpillars – you play as a butterfly helping a caterpillar reach maturation by dropping blocks and springs to guide it around and protect it from predators. You play using the arrows, shift, and spacebar. It’s available here(it takes about 30-60 seconds to load, so if you just see a black screen give it a moment and it should work): http://phaser.magnet.tsoa.nyu.edu/alexf/www/Caterpillars/

The second is called A Star is Born, and is about a relationship between a star and an orbiting planet. The fiction doesn’t make a ton of sense…or am I supposed to say that there’s lots of room for interpretation? Just the left and right arrows for the controls. You can play it here:

Lots more games on the way, but for now let me know what you think in the comments.
